Nebel23 Yoga helps a lot. I'm like you, i think too much and always stressed out. A few months ago i started to do yoga and i feel so much better, i learned to breathe again. Hope you can make it too.

Nebel23 I always do faces, but not on the phone. When i'm on the phone i'm very serious sometimes, my friends always thinks that i'm upset, but i'm perfectly fine. In person, my face can describe my most deepest and dark secrets lol

Nebel23 I agree, a couple without fights doesn't work. Maybe there are exceptions, but when you fight with your partner you can see other sides of him, besides when he is loving a caring.
