Neon Good post. Everyone is facing this kind of disease nowadays. It is hard to maintain, but it is necessary to do it. Everyone should be careful about cholesterol too. As it also increases heart attack risk.

Neon I think most of the people will not like loud music as it is harmful. Once I went to a band room to see their practice. And I could not stay there more than 30 sec. It is very harmful for your ear.
