how many hours you sleeps daily ?

i use to sleep 7hours daily, some times more . whats the correct hours one can sleep daily, how many hours you sleeps daily ? whats the first thing you do when you wakeup ?

Novadose20 i sleep between, 5/6 hours a night. which might not seem alot to the rest of you. but it does the job for me. when i first wake up i have a shower, get dressed and then check my mail before heading off to college.

I have both and I find I do equal time with both. Of course the laptop is more portable, but when I'm at home, the monitor on the PC is much larger to view. What's your choice?
