Ashley Bath Load up on vitamin C. Even if it doesn't stop it, it will shorten the length of time you have it. Also drinking ginger tea (Just boil some ginger root in water) Will help. You can also use it in cooking with garlic and onion. (Think Chinese inspired cooking)...
