I'm starting to associate my headaches with my consume of sugar. Has anyone there that feel the same? Is there a biological reason?

Veridian Almeida I don't consume sugar that often..just like frutose..but I noticed that when I eat it I have headaches

Veridian Almeida I have a brazilian friend that speaks french and he told me he feels more outgoing when speaking it than portuguese
