RBBailey You should see what other teachers, who are successful in these areas (disipline, motovation, etc) are doing. A good combination of ideas from a number of people will give you something to get started with. Good luck.

RBBailey Class rules are there for a reason. Order and calm are essential to a healthy learning enviornment, and most students absolutly need this to suceed. It looks like you weren't stern enough when you started teaching this class, and they have took over. If you...
