What are the best methods of trying to give up smoking? I have tried the will power method, and failed. Same goes for the patches and gum. I just cant seem to quit. Any ex smokers out there that could help me? Or even...

RossBoyy I assume its the other way around, Otherwise that would mean you have a bad reputation star but I doubt that as you dont seem to be bad atall.

RossBoyy Thats for the best response, It will just take some time as we usually spend least 5 days a week together, and that will be down to just maybe seeing each other once or twice a week soon :/

RossBoyy Just signed up, its a scam, the only "Ad" you can click is the one you have to pay for. What a let down that website was. Not so much a scam but its usless.
