Arry Interesting. As far as I know, tamarind pulp is used as a wrap for sprained ankles. It keeps the inflammation in check. The rest of them I have no idea. It would be great if you could elaborate.

Chocolates and cakes make me put in a right mood. I can't eat all the time because it can give me diabetes and makes me fat so I need to slow down. Control my appetite even I really want to eat it.

Arry Anything with chocolate in it does it for me. :) Have all the chocolate you want before 8pm at night and none after. The body digests it before you sleep and won't be stored as fat. Just a tip to help you enjoy the goodness that is choc. :)

Arry The trick is to savor it. You cannot munch on it as you do with milk/sweeter ones. Take a bite and let it sit in your mouth until it melts and disappears. Do not chew. Also, start with a lesser cocoa content first to get used to the bittersweet taste. Hope...
