Do you sleep during the day time?

I like to sleep whenever I get time to sleep although my wife defers this idea of mine but its me and the chill of the airconditioner that lulls me to sleep. I dont see anything bad in it, do you sleep during the day time?

SESHANKRISHNAN Sleeping in the afternoons will put your weight up. So it's not a healthy practice to sleep in the day time. Have a nice day.

SESHANKRISHNAN We never use to eat at the fastfood or roadside shops. Not only they are expensive , they are unhygienic. You can buy fresh vegetable and fruits and make some nice dishes at home and enjoy. Regards.

SESHANKRISHNAN I love bananas. a common man's affordable fruit. Bananas have the most sugar so they tend to be pretty good. Also orange's high vitamin c content is good for energy. Pour a little honey on any fruit and you will get plenty of energy.
