Ice Cream For Children

I've heard that ice cream is good to consume by children with right portion,What do you think about that,is that true or maybe ice cream is not good for children?

Shairbearg I don't think it is good for children to eat, but that doesn't mean I don't give it to my kids. I think there are far better ways to get their dairy.

Shairbearg I find the best thing to do is go to somewhere like allrecipes.com or one of the many groups on facebook and look through the recipes. If you have an iphone allrecipes.com has a great app you can use where you can easily mark favs you want to try.

Shairbearg When I have went swimming, they have hand dryers mounted high so you can dry your hair after showering/swimming. But to do it at the office??? No, that's weird.

Shairbearg We don't really do a lot of "exercise" per say, but my boys don't stop running, ever. They are always moving, running, jumping- indoors or out. I try to get them out on nicer days, even if it's just to let them run around in the back yard.
