SirLuthy2 I most likely will be staying with some friends as well. I'm hoping I can go, I haven't had a vacation in a while.

SirLuthy2 I agree potato salad is the way to go for barbecue. Nobody wants to eat hot mashed potatoes in the heat of the summer. Cold served potato salad is much better.
