There is only one way to have a sound sleep is to be tired enough. And for that you got to do some hard work. If you can't sleep, you are not tired enough. Have sound sleep. Sound Life. Be happy.

Avinash I agree, some sort of tiredness is needed so that body likes to go into relax mode and finally let us sleep well.Also some good music is nice too.

Jo Ann I like certain kinds of jewelry. Some types, such as copper bracelets, are supposed to ward off diseases or improve painful conditions. I like turquoise. I have always loved it.
