Starlady0_1 I have taken vitamins in the past not a regular basis tho. I read recently that taking vitamins are what it said to be. It is better to eat or drink your vitamins because the vitamins absorb into your system better then taking a pill.

Starlady0_1 I've been using vegetable oil for years. I did buy a bottle of olive oil awhile back. Next time I need oil I hope I remember to buy olive oil it is suppose to be better for you health.

Starlady0_1 I prefer to communicate by phone myself I really don't enjoy writing letters. And communication over the internet seems so impersonal to me. I have always been like this and the internet hasn't changed a thing for me in this regard.
