i never used to read the labels until last 2 years, when i am be careful for what i eat. because i was in food dieting and trying to get pregnant, and need to lose weight.i try to limit sodium and sugars.

Ryan Li I read the labels, but not always do. may just pay attention to shelf life of food. there are include something without nutritinal value. so if you want to eat some health food, then cook by youself.
