Sutocu There's some information on coffee addiction here: http://www.squidoo.com/coffeeaddiction - but the basics is to slowly decrease the amount of caffeine you consume. Try replacing some coffee with tea instead.

Sutocu I don't think sleeping and weight have much to do with one another... Anyway, I sleep 8-10 hours a night usually, but can go with 5-6 if necessary. I've had weeks with only 3-6 hours each night, but then I've been quite tired.

Sutocu Mine lasts for something between a week and two weeks. I only use it for calls and text messaging though. I'll probably buy a new cell phone before my battery will get too old...

Sutocu Why on earth would they abuse your band info? They are making millions legally. I wouldn't trust a smaller company as much, but I think PayPal is reliable in that sense.
