So I work out 5-6 days a week, i go to the gym and at the least stay for 1 1/2 (because of the babysitting room only lets me) but if not I will stay like 3 hours, at home I do the wii fit too, at the gym i do at least 30min to 1hr...

TiffanyRose831 yeah , i have been eatting less than 1000 which is not the greatest for a long time, but I am just trying to acommpish something here..lol i def do cardio. i probably burn about 400 in cal while on the elliptical, or running my mile, the stepper machine. late...

TiffanyRose831 Yeah. I think that is what my body is doing stravation mode. Where do u get the cabbage soup? Or how do u make it, (I suck at cooking tho..lol) I acually love cabbage soup too. I wonder if I can get it from the small diner down the road, I know the lady cooks...

TiffanyRose831 try a wii fit, u can do it anytime. if u do a video it does matter if ur doing it right as long as ur heart rate is up or still burnin fat.. i work out 5-6 days a week with 1 hour carido setions..

TiffanyRose831 I have taking slimquick extreme they made me shakey and anious so i sold the rest on ebay for someone else to use. Every pill works differently for different people, so good luck.

You know what I really hate is these long voice mail greetings. My daughter has this long greetings then she has this music you have to listen too. Then there is the option you have to choice from. It takes almost 5- to 6 minutes...
