I have been searching online but I can't find a lising of foreclosed homes. I need to get a list of the ones in NC. Can anyone help? My sister is looking to buy a house soon!

Tinkerbell7 Can't you walk through the home like any other home? I think she is just looking for the best deal possible with the economy. She was pre-approved yesterday so I have contacted some realtors to see what listings they have and what we can start looking at.

Tinkerbell7 It sounds like you had a real winner for a neighbor. I probably would have stayed away after all the crazy stories. I'm not really sure with was wrong with that guy or any of the others I'm just glad that I ran away and saw the humor in it all.

Tinkerbell7 I understand needing a note from the doctor but the boss had no right to check up on him. What if he was too sick for work and was out getting meds/food/etc. You don't have to be on your death bed and THAT sick to not go to work do you??

Tinkerbell7 That is horrible! Imagine how much of his time he wasted checking on employees. Where I work we have PTO days that are both vacation and sick days. So you can call in "sick" and have it be a mental health day.
