Laurel (L_B) I really don't think it should be a big deal. If it is legal for him to drink in his country then he should be allowed to drink. People react over the silliest things. 19 years old is not a child. If he can vote then he should be able to have a drink.

Be Personally, I believe that the current educational system of many countries are not any more very relevant to the changes we are experiencing. There are still a lot of countries whose educational system is still patterned in the good old days of yesteryears....
