I have been trying to shed some holiday pounds and was wondering what is the quickest and most safest way to do this? Any type of foods or high energy exercises would be extremely helpful.

Those Dog whisperer Books..Do they really work?

When I first got a dog, I didn't know what on earth to do with it. I went out and bought the dog whisperer series. And to be honest, I can't say that it helped much. Did it help you out a lot more in understanding dog behavior...
