Valentine28 Thanks for your advice. I actually tried yoga once and it's not for me, but I do enjoy horseback riding. Unfortunately, I don't get the chance to do it very often. I think I need to find a time to do more activities. It may help me to relieve some stress.

Valentine28 Thanks for the tips. I never thought about using my dreams to help. I usually don't get very good sleep at night. I tend to toss and turn and my dreams tend not to be very pleasant. Maybe thinking the opposite could help me out. Thanks again.

Valentine28 You are right. All her kids have different fathers. She has another child that was taken away from her so she actually has five. I think she uses men to try and get money. It's kind of blowing up in her face. I feel bad for her kids though.

Valentine28 Thanks chapstek. I've been trying to get other people in my family to realize that, but nobody wants to see her children suffer. I think that's the only reason we haven't ignored her all these years.
