My mom, who is a great baker, didn't know this, so I thought I'd post it here: You can make cookies VERY EASILY from any cake mix... Any flavor, any kind, just mix the cake mix with 1 stick of softened butter (not melted)...

Vieras Wow. Hey thank you for sharing this. I honestly didn't know you could do that with cake mix. I'll give it a try someday and maybe experiment with it. Chocolate chips one day, peanut butter chips another... sounds yummy!
