I woke up at 8 something, cannot remember exactly when and the first thing I wanted to do was watch the first episode of Boruto: The Next Generation, it is the new series from Naruto.
I actually forgot that it came out today,...

Virginia Lee I have friends up in Alberta and I cannot imagine any of them putting away their winter togs yet. Don't be too hasty!
I'm glad you have a sunny day. It's dreary and gray here with intermittent drizzle. Kind of blah, really. I'm happy to be in my cozy chair...

How many here are fans of Walmart? Do you have a lot of them nearby you can choose from? What is your favorite time of day to shop there?
We live in an area where there are a lot of different Walmarts to choose from. Within 30...

Virginia Lee I tend to avoid WalMart near holidays or the beginning of school. I made the bad choice of going on Dec. 23 last year and it got crazy really fast.
I just found out today that the one WalMart here is pretty small and, of all things, it closes @ 9PM. How weird...

This is an article that I found on the Internet. The author is exactly right to wonder why the press didn't challenge House Speaker Paul Ryan. The jibberish that he spewed is nonsensical!

Virginia Lee I used to cry at commercials!
It's true, that some movies are a great catalyst for releasing one's emotions. I have many movies that I watch every time I run across them because they make me happy for whatever reason. Sure, they don't make me cry, but I'd...

I had to do some board replacements. The bottom board, aka the window sill, and the lower board under it called the window skirt, both were in bad states, and had to be removed, caulked in the cracks where there had been none...

Virginia Lee I've done this! I still can't believe it's been over twenty years since I did. Thank goodness I inherited some mechanical and crafty acumen from my paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother!
I hope you've given yourself a nice reward for a job well done.

Virginia Lee I don't enjoy it, but I'm always glad when I've done it.
Frankly, I'd rather be reading or writing than cleaning.
