mammots for me wishy-washy means not of good quality or not done well or done in haste that quality is not maintained meanwhile to dilly-dally means to drag your feet or to have lots of excuses not do something right away or to procrastinate.

aryzairam Yes, they can continue their studies. We even have to indicate our civil status in our admission papers. So it's allowed.

natliegleb there are so many positives than bane,since we can view from long angles and more over the strain is considerably reduced while viewing it at flexible angles and i can enjoy the lcd screen brightness also
