Cahaya Glad to hear that going to the gym has helped you. It's good to stand up and walk around a bit in between sitting especially if your work requires you to sit for long hours. There are ergonomic chairs too, some can be pricey but they're totally worth it.

Ayuriny Glad you found solution for your back and neck pain. Sometimes I also experience neck and back pain after working in front of my computer for hours. That's so bad.

Anshu Banerjee Yeah sitting for long hours is painful. I think stretching every 2 hours help a lot. But doing 30 mins exercise is not enough. Morning exercise helps though.

Alfredo Rossi this I know about.I always do my neck therapy.Works out well and sit properly and facing your puter there. If it start to hurt.Leave it get up and do your stretching.
