aamir030586 i thinking it should be increased to 25 as...at 21..also there r many irresponsible drinking habits they fight and brawl..and drive while drunk...so if its reduced to 18 the no of ppl indulging in irresponsible drinking will increase...hence creating lozz of...

I only know few like sugars, chocolates and bananas. Do you know bananas are good food for the brain? there has been studies and said that bananas are rich in vitamin Bs and potassium. Vit.Bs are good for the brain.

How much water do you drink in a day?

We are supposed to drink 8 cups a day. I used to never be able to fill this quota because I was always too busy. I found a solution however by drinking out of giant jars, as they contain 3 cups of water. I don't have to keep going...
