abhisek16 Well for beginers,I would strongly recomend CMS.The best CMS in my view is Joomla or Mambo.I use it & its really nice. if u have fantastico in ur hosting cpanel,its very easy to install them. otherwise if u wanna build normal web pages,u can try Dreamweaver....

abhisek16 well i think 1 GB is sufficient. i too have 1 GB download limit but its sufficient for me.I use mylot,some other forums,chating,etc.& still it uses only a half(abt 500mb) a month.
