acc2size i suggest you substitute some of your regular meals with healthier ones (i.e. fruites and vegetables). eating foods high in fibre also keeps you full for a long time and aren't very fattening. Those would be oats and cereals. good luck!

acc2size most likely that one of your pipes are leaking inside the wall. and the green is just fungi growing on the damp walls. im not actually sure, but it sounds like a good explaination. lol. well hope you fix the problem soon.
