what is a good and cheap recovery drink to use after a workout, without having to spend alot of money. i tried chocolate milk but it doesnt seem to help much. like they said it would, any suggestion?

adidas7878 actually i did a research on the net, everyone i look come up with chocolate as the best recovery drink but it just not cutting it for me

What would you do? I left my house today without my purse. I was driving without driver’s license and money. After 30 miles I run out of gas, so I pulled to gas station. Than, OMG, where is my purse, what to do? I was lucky...

How many hours do you have to work weekly? In Hungary the legal full-time is 40 hours/week. Of course there are jobs people where people work 12hours a day, but the monthly accounting must be calculated with the 40hours week....

adidas7878 i dunno, it just pop in my mind one of them day, i am not trying to look cool because it would be cover up most of time, i can stand the pain, because it is for someone who is very dear to me, or a barebrewire

adidas7878 there is only two choice that i have that i may want to tattoo on me, one is someone's name who is very dear to me the other is a barebrewire around my upper arms. that is two picture i am think about.

adidas7878 i am thinking i may want a barbedwire on my upperarm, or someone's name i am not sure i know people say that you shouldnt get anyone's name tattoo but this is diffferent.
