What a Pregnant woman should and shouldn't be eating...

My wife is now 1 month pregnant, just found that out last week...Hooray! Anyway, need advise from you guys on what she should and shouldn't be eating. I know she definietly shouldn't be eating raw stuffs.. Hope to hear from...

adm429 I am 6 months pregnant! Congradulations! I recommend and didn't know this is to not eat lunch meat, caffenine, or tuna. Also, she should start now and not eat alot of salt. It makes you very swollen later in the months of being pregnant. Hope that helps!

I don't anymore... It is a dirty and not a good habit I guess. If you do, just make sure that the nails are not dirty.^^

adm429 I quit biting my nails when I became pregnant and stop smoking. They say you quit biting your nails when you quit smoking because you bite you nails at times you can't have a cigarrete

Should smokeing be banned from public buildings?

Smoking has been banned in my couny from public buildings. It makes it so much nicer t go to a resturant for dinner.

adm429 I use to be a smoker and agree that it should be banned. I am pregnant now and don't want to breath the air. Where I live you can't smoke within 25 feet of a public place or door.
