agokoys Yes take all the three but not on the same hour. Vitamin C, Iron and B-complex is what I always take daily. And not to forget to drink more water everyday and get enough sleep when you can.

agokoys When I'm stressed, I always watch movie at home lying, and get some sleep. Then every wednesday I go to swimming to exercise. I play with the kids, laugh and think positive. Stay out of stressful news stories, sounds, sights and people for the meantime.

agokoys I was able to create up an account to that site. It's a russian site but there's an english translation to it. You earn money there by captcha encoding. I didn't continued because earning is harder compared to clixsense or neobux. And time consuming for me...

agokoys The right way to eat fruits is not eating it after meals and/or it should be eaten on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the other food and produce gas thus makes your stomach bloat.

agokoys I like nice things and it sure makes me happy. I usually buy stuffs for my house like appliances and gadgets which I can use everyday. But I buy those things because I need it and there's a need to it, and it doesn't sound materialistic to me. :)

agokoys I still prefer Google vs. other search engines. Because Google's market share in the internet is too much, thus giving you good traffic and leads compared to Yahoo & Bing.

agokoys I check my email most of the time like every 4 hours. But I do that when I'm at work. You'll never know when an important email will pass by Inbox. For personal emails, I just do it like you, once in the morning and once in the evening.

agokoys you need to link a credit card to your paypal account. this is their way to verify you. like me, im from the Philippines, I have no credit card so I used a SmartMoney card. And now I can use my Paypal account to any online transactions.
