Patience has never been my strong patient when I was young. But entering the medical profession and having teaching as a part-time, I have to learn to be patient and be patient as long as I can. And so, I had devised some methods...

Oh, it's not really like that. When it comes to my patients, I got the professional mask. Since I know they're my responsibility, I don't get angry at them. Annoyed, yes. But I still don the mask of patience. :) 1. Ignore them could mean you ignore the person...

I usually don't get angry easily but once I'm angered, I find it hard to forgive that person and I don't forget (exception: my parents since they usually make me so angry but I still love them so it's okay). When I was young,...

"Lost in the road of life." Hatake Kakashi (character from Naruto, an anime) loves to use this "excuse" for being late and most of the time, his students would call him a liar for giving that utterly fake explanation. Well, that...

Thanks! I think that we always have regrets in life, we just have to accept them and live our life to fullest.

It's good that you can make "U-turns" but you can also try using a different path. :)

I often hear a lot of people saying that they tend to be "listeners" than speakers but their actions prove otherwise. Finding someone who "actually listens" - not because 1. he/she is forced to (e.g. professor to student), 2. it's...

Sorry. Late response. It's good that you can relate with other people. But isn't it difficult to give advices or response to people once they open up to you.

Not really a bad excuse. It's just that people take it literally.

It's good to be both a speaker and a listener. Speaking is quite easy to do but I for me, giving advices is difficult. I don't know to phrase my advise. :)

Oh! Yes. I think I understand how listening affected your response. So, it made you speak straight to the point. But being a listener, aren't there times when you feel so bored of listening that you want to butt in?

Cry aloud and cry alone. Ah. I know what you mean. I prefer to cry alone cause I don't others to see me. For some reason, it's easier for me to cry when I'm angry. Building up all anger and frustration inside turned out bad for me. I had a fit and destroyed my...

Having friends that you can talk to is nice. Though, I think my friends tend to pull me away from my problems and let me have some fun. It's both good and bad, if I think about it. But drowning myself in problems is definitely not the way to go. :)

I had the same experience as you and it turned out really nicely for me. My other classmates had been so stressed with our studies that in the end, they gave up and some of them closed off. When it comes to studying, it's better to be relax.

Thinking about my problems stops me from sleeping. I tend to think of various solutions, weigh them and then search the internet for its feasibility (usually if the problem concerns finances or plans for the future). So, I have no time to sleep at all if I...

Thanks. I also drink milk before I go to bed but it's mostly a habit since childhood. I think you're quite an active person since you tend to convert the "extra" adrenaline from stress into other energy-consuming activities.

Oh. So you have various ways to deal with the stresses in your life. That makes sense. I think in my case, my most dominant coping mechanism is to sleep it away. It usually depends on how serious the situation is.

Yes, that's right. There will be times that you need to act and solve the problem before you can relax or go to sleep. It's a sad truth.
