how to use a .rar file?

what is a .rar file? how to download it? how to view the movie in a .rar format using a windows media player. pls help

aks_09 a .rar is a file whic is compressed usin winrar.. the file can be any thing... a movie(.avi,.mpg)... a text doc(.txt)... a pic(.jpg)... but when u compress it(the file) usin winrar it gets the extension .rar... u can extract the file using compression software...

aks_09 gaining weight is easy if u eat the right things at the right time... to start off eat rice(3 helpings) for breakfast r dinner with lotsa vegetables... dont eat red meat like mutton and beef... stick to chicken and fish... with atleast 2 eggs goin for every...
