Recently one of my friend suggested taking wine, as it has many beneficial effects. But I believe that it contains alcohol. Since alcohol products are harmful to the body, how come wine benefit us. Please share your views....

Anis Benefits from wine may be only when you consume resonable amounts. 1-2 glasses, depending from person to person. I advice you to experience the wine like a very expensive cake. :)
