althea_jan for me, its not wrong as long as it helps you or it doesnt distract you. Most of the time, music sets my mood. i listen to RnB and to disco hits whenever i wanted to be perked up. ;)

althea_jan I guess it is normal for us to be confused sometimes and all we have to do is to stop, take a break and rest our mind and take a deep breath and relax. We should also do our best to keep our composure and don't let emotions eat us. Take Care!
