aluan1980 i totally agree with you.many people try to lose weight by eat some pills or diet products,i think they have no experience to fight fat or they do not spend any times to do some exercise,so how to encourage them to go out the room will be the big problem

aluan1980 when i travel or walk for a long distance,i will try to find some happiness things kill time,but most of time i feel boring and hope to sleep,so i often reminded keep a level head before i got sleep by myself.

aluan1980 Don't be scared,in my experience the woman who sent u mail she won't do anyting,if you email her that she sent a wrong address and you never know her husband,Nothing will be happened,you should not care about it
