Simone even the bible says in 1Corinthians 15:33 that bad associations spoils useful habits. But in my case, i think my personality is strong that I don't get easily influenced by people.

I couldn't avoid a nap today. After i finished coffee i slept. I am trying to avoid a nap every day because i don't want to stay wake up too much late. My nap last 2 hours. How you spend your day?
