anarchomoney As far as I can tell you can use the funds on creating tasks for other people to complete. Buying something using Paypal is always free. You pay when you're transferring money to someone else. Google "paypal fees" the first result answers your question.

anarchomoney I think you can finish a Bachelors online in around 3 years. Are you going to go online school or offline? I think online is better for you. You can choose f/t or p/t and really just commit some hours a week to it, depending upon your schedule of course....
