Is the any reliable free antivirus with spyware protection out there or do I have to buy it? I'd much rather use my money for something else LOL Thanks for any help.

i have spots/acne on my face, not terrible but it is enough to annoy me. i have tried clearasel wipes and they make it worse, and freederm which just makes the spots go yellow. what is the best thing to tackle spots/acne?

andrew0006 If it doesint go away you should see a doctor and he will give you advice on how to get rid of acne or if its serious he may prescribe medication for you such as cream or tablets.

andrew0006 just a healthy diet really m8, nothing greasy or spicey, also drink plenty of water
