ands1984 no it should not be banned... i was a smoker for almost 3 years and i did quit and now i cant even stand the smell but for alcohol it really depends how you drink and where you drink...if you are drinking to enjoy then no harm at all because you know it...

ands1984 well i was a smoker...and honestly whenever i used to throw the butt in trash can it used to smoke and kinda start fire so i started to throw them on the street...but whenever i got ash-tray i always used it... thank god i dont smoke now so no question of...
