I just saw on BBC that Japan has been hit by 8.9 magnitude Earthquake. The videos they are showing are just horrific. The actual water is on fire, eating up houses!!! Let us all pray for the people who are affected by this...

ankgarmuch hemm....i think you have to be patient more :D but maybe you should avoid one or two days to calm the mind. I also never felt disturbed like that, what i do is let for few days. ^^
