anniesprklz I'm not sure what a limited access tag is, so I can't help you with that problem. I linked my paypal account to my bank account so I could transfer my money to it. I also got the paypal debit card. Whatever money is in your paypal account is yours to use...

anniesprklz I get my books from the library, but I don't read there. I do my best reading in bed, or when the weather is nice, outside in my backyard. I don't go to coffee shops.
