Hi, It seems that many companies are banning the access to orkut. Does it really harm if the employee spends some time catching up with his/hers long lost friends? Guess such sites should be allowed for an hour or so...

anoopkammaran If I were to start my own company, I wouldn't ban access to any website... All that I would care about is whether my employee does his job in time... If not, I'l fire him(after giving a fair warning of course)...
