gramskaren Well if I am stressed I tend to go for the food and that is not a good thing for sure. Otherwise I try to keep myself busy doing things around the house so to keep mymind busy. My kids are grown and gone so can't watch them do things anymore.

nvtellan When I'm feeling stressed usually at work, I just load media player and listen to music or play a computer game. At home, I rarely feel this way but if ever a feeling will occur to me, I'll just probably play PS2 games.
