arabaggins To verify your paypal account you need to either link it with a credit/debit card OR link it with your bank account. Since you don't have a credit/debit card then the only way for you to verify your account is to link you bank account with your paypal...

arabaggins Best friends are supposed to have a strong relationship. Strong enough that you can trust them with anything. If you cant trust your best friend the you were never best friends or the relationship/bond is breaking.
