here in our country, even maids have cellular phone and life seems incomplete if you don't own a cellphone.

Here in the Philippines, the means of communication is mainly through text messaging. Filipinos seemed to have loved communicating through texting. I guess the title really suits us THE TEXT MESSAGING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD....
