I don't know why but im so sick when I wake up. I had a good night rest but when I wake up my body is so weak. I can't sleep anymore but my eyes are teary. Have you had the same experiences? What did you do about it?

Is vitamin C bad for the body?

Ascorbic Acid is Vitamin C. If it is acid then it is bad for our body? Too much of it will be bad for us. So is it really true that Fern-C is a non acidic vitamin C?

I have gone to the doctor today, she ask me do drink more water. She told me at least 8 glasses of water. I think I am currently drinking around 10-12 glass of water. Is 8 glasses really enough? My cousin also visited the doctor...
