b4balaji Try the site Xoom. I think it will help you. They have an option of sending payment to indians. Where in you can use your paypal account balance. Just try.

b4balaji I have been doing exercises from my college days. But I have never tried skipping. It is because am tall, and the roof is not so high. And I usually dont like to do exercise outdoor, because of shyness. But, I have tried jumping without the ropes!
