bea2008 You know what... children before no longer exist today. They are very different today as if they are from another planet with different characteristics. As time evolves.... all things really change like poeple, including our children.

bea2008 Hi I have already tried several to many warnings but it didn't work out on him. Maybe I am missing on other tips that you have.... thanks anyway. Hope that we (me and my son) overcome this kind of situation.

bea2008 No I don't take any vitamin... as I believe that healthy body goes for a health lifestyle. To make yourself fit, its just having it in a natural way which is also not expensive and it all come from discipline and taking a good practice in everything you do.
