There are a lot of books and stories out there saying the bible is writen from mythical stories. I just want your opinion is the bible fact or fiction or could it be both depending on the bible you are reading?

beledk I think the real issue is how the Parent goes about it. The CARDINAL RULE in disciplining your children is SELF CONTROL. If you spank your children while YOU are angry, that's probably a "beating" not a spanking. In fact, you can beat a child with WORDS !!...
