my puppy doesn't want eat dry food

I had a boxer puppy 3 months old he start to eat pedigree puppy but start to throw up and vet change it to purina puppy chow but he doesn't want it instead he is eating my cats food

beli44 my dauther already try that ,like cornflake with milk without results I mixed dry food with a moist food of purina alpo can and then he eat it :)
